Padme came to Heartland with three kids in tow, all are adopted out.  As usual mama is the last to find a home and this mama has an extra strike against her, she is black.  Padme is rather short and stocky for a female and has that wonderful soft and thick and bushy coat of fur with very gold eyes.  She is a calm and quiet kitty that loves brushing and petting and scratching.  Likes her treat of canned food, but she is not really food driven.  Excellent companion but not a lap cat either. 

Her name is from the Star Wars movies as were her kids, rather unusual and I certainly get asked about it.  Padme gets along with other kitties but does show any love of dogs at all!  She would be fine with calm kids as well.  Padme is spayed, up to date on all shots, treated for parasites, micro chipped and negative for FIV and FeLV.  Padme is Heartland #7053
