Luna came to us from a local pound shortly before her time was up.  She was found as a stray when she was just a wee kitten.  She has really unique tortie markings, including an orange stripe down her nose.  Luna is very sweet and adores receiving attention from her humans.  She has quite the purr machine and usually revs it up just as soon as you start petting her.  Her meow is a mix between a bark and a chirp – it’s very endearing and makes her that much more adorable.  Luna is very playful and can often be found wrestling around with her buddy, Nate.  She loves brushing, canned food and treats.  Her favorite toy is an electronic box that moves magnetic feathers around in circles – she will play with it for hours if you let her.

Luna is fairly outgoing and doesn’t mind being held and carried around.  She tends to adjust pretty quickly to new environments.  She does fine with other cats once she has been properly introduced but she can be a bit possessive about her canned food with other cats.  I believe she has been around a dog prior to being rescued and did okay, so a cat-friendly pooch may be okay.  Luna is spayed, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV – DOB 5/2/13,
