Well, I picked the right name for this little boy! Glitch is from Farmington and was bottle fed along with three siblings with Snuggle. When I took them in to be vetted he tested positive for FIV, all siblings tested negative. Waited a month and retested as most of the time the test does turn around, but once again he tested positive. Wait six weeks and back for the third and final test, positive. So one out of four kittens is positive and that would be a glitch in the system!
Glitch is larger than his siblings and one affectionate and sweet kitty. He loves his canned food and brushing and playing and all the normal kitten stuff. He is healthy as can be and may simply carry the virus and never actually get it, Mother Nature is hard to figure out and harder to predict. Glitch is neutered, up to date on all shots, positive for FIV, micro chipped, and treated for all parasites. Glitch is Heartland #8722CL.
